The PZN-PT relaxation piezoelectric single crystal has an ingot weight greater than 350g, can process chip sizes exceeding 60mm × 40mm, and has excellent consistency and high piezoelectric coefficient. The depolarization temperature exceeds 120 ℃. This material has been included in the IEEE STD 1859-2017 international standard and can fully meet the application, development, and equipment manufacturing requirements of cutting-edge industries.
