The lead zinc niobate lead titanate (PZN-PT) single crystal produced by Beijing Supersnoic Technology Co., Ltd. ( bjstcl. com) is a new high-performance piezoelectric material that can be widely used in high-end equipment fields such as medical ultrasound diagnostic equipment (B-ultrasound probes, etc.), photoacoustic imaging transducers, actuators, ultrasound motors, sonars, hydrophones, electro-optic modulators, etc.

Beijing Supersonic Technology Co., Ltd. ( bjstcl. com), successfully produced large-sized PZN-PT piezoelectric single crystal products in 2016 and achieved complete independent and controllable domestic and industrial mass production. The PZN-PT relaxation piezoelectric single crystal product has an ingot weight greater than 350g, can process chip sizes exceeding 60mm × 40mm, and has excellent consistency, high piezoelectric coefficient, and the depolarization temperature exceeding 120 ℃. This material has been included in the IEEE std 1859TM-2017 international standard and can fully meet the application, development, and equipment manufacturing requirements in relevant key and cutting-edge industries in China.
